    How do I us PATT?
    Primary Account Instructions
    • Dial 831-2358 or 866-493-3220
    • Enter your account number, then your PIN number. (If you do not have a PIN number please contact the credit union office.)
    • Choose a Primary Account Code from the following menu below to initiate your transaction.
      Non-Primary Account Instructions
      • Dial 831-2358 or 866-493-3220.
      • Enter your account number, then your PIN number. (If you do not have a PIN number please contact the credit union office.)
      • Choose a Non-Primary Account Code from the menu below to initiate your transaction. (If you are not signed up to access non-primary accounts, please contact the credit union office.)
      • Enter the Non-Primary Account Number followed by the # sign to initiate the transaction.
      Important Facts You Need To Know:
      • Press the # sign after each entry.
      • When entering dollar amounts, you must enter both dollar and cents.
      • To re-enter information, press ## at any time.
      • To end the conversation, press 99#.
