THE BOARD

PURPOSE: Outline the elected officials (Board/Supervisory Committees) roles in implementing bylaw authority.

OBJECTIVES OF THE BOARD:

1) Primary force pressing the credit union to the realization of its opportunities and the fulfillment of its obligations to its members, its employees, and the communities in which it operates.

2) To help management focus on member needs.

3) To maintain the democratic control of the credit union for its members.
